Living in Richmond
Richmond and the Fort Bend County North corridor have absorbed a lot of Houston's outward growth. Buyers come here for lot size. The same budget that buys a tight suburban lot closer in will often buy noticeably more land here.
It is also an active leasing market, which makes it worth a look if you are building a rental portfolio rather than buying a primary residence.
