Sugar Land

Sugar Land is where a lot of Houston families end up once schools become the deciding factor. It is a master-planned suburb with an actual downtown — Sugar Land Town Square — plus Constellation Field, the Smart Financial Centre and a level of municipal upkeep you notice immediately.

Housing runs from townhomes and starter properties through established First Colony and Sugar Creek homes up to the lakefront and golf-course properties in Riverstone and Telfair. It is also where my office sits, so this is the market I watch most closely day to day.
